Green Team Strategy Sessions March 2026

You’re already doing something about food and packaging waste at your school — and you don’t want to do it alone.

Green Team Strategy Sessions are weekly, student-led gatherings where high school teams come together to:

  • troubleshoot real challenges

  • share what’s actually working

  • grow participation beyond “the same few kids”

  • design campaigns that reach the whole school

These aren’t lectures or adult-run meetings.
You bring the questions. You bring the ideas.
Cafeteria Victories facilitates the space and helps teams turn momentum into culture change.

If your Green Team wants more participation, stronger campaigns, and connection with other student leaders doing the work — this is your room.

What Students Get

  • Weekly live strategy sessions with other high school Green Teams

  • A facilitated space to ask questions, test ideas, and get feedback

  • Peer-to-peer learning (you help others and level up your own leadership)

  • Campaign strategy support that works no matter which initiative your school is focused on

  • Skills in communication, collaboration, and leadership that transfer beyond school
